These terms cover your use of the Nanofy mobile app on Android and iOS. By using the app you agree to them.
Nanofy compresses, resizes and converts photos and PDF files on your device. It is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Nanofy creates new, processed copies of the files you select. It does not delete or overwrite your originals. Compression is lossy by nature: a compressed image or PDF will not be pixel-identical to the original.
Keep your own backups of anything important. We cannot recover a file for you, because we never receive it.
When you ask for a specific target size, Nanofy works toward it and tells you the size it actually achieved. If the target cannot be reached without unacceptably degrading the file, the app says so and reports the closest result instead. We do not claim to have hit a size we did not hit.
Use Nanofy only with files you own or have the right to process. Do not use it to break the law, and do not attempt to interfere with the app's advertising or to generate invalid ad activity.
Nanofy is free to use. This version contains no advertisements and no purchases. A future version may introduce advertising to keep it free; the Privacy Policy will be updated before that happens.
Features may be added, changed or removed in future versions. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
Nanofy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of quality, or other damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
